Rules for mutation submission and submission aggregation


The mutation has to be filed with the Assistant Commissioner (Land).
The following documents should be submitted along with the mutation application.
(A) Applicable case: 1. Purchase and copy of required air document. 2. Warid Certificate 1. 2. Latest Survey Surveys / Photocopies of Baya / Pit Documents
2. Submission of payment of land development tax. 2. There are four copies of the pen name with fourteen illustrations.
(B) Cost of mutation:
(A) Court fee for application = 1 / - (TK. 5)
(B) The notice issued fee = 2 / - (two rupees) (for a maximum of 5 persons) will be charged as additional Tk.
(C) Record correction fee = 25 / - (two hundred) taka.
(D) Percentage mutation khatian fee = 1 / - (thirty) Tk.
Total = 25 / - (Two hundred and fifty) Taka + If more than four people, the fee issued for the notice will be charged as extra Tk.
Please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Executive Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner if mutation case is not settled within 5 days from the date of submission of the petition.
